Ekspert sharhi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Davlatimiz rahbari tomonidan Toshkentdagi ekologik vaziyatni tezkor yaxshilash va havo sifatini nazorat qilishning barqaror tizimini yaratishga qaratilgan o\u2018ta muhim Farmon imzolandi. Unga muvofiq Maxsus komissiya shakllantirilib, unga atrof-muhit havosiga salbiy ta\u2019sir qiluvchi antropogen va tabiiy omillarni yumshatish bilan bog\u2018liq vakolatlar berildi. Maxsus komissiya bu borada bir qancha ishlarni amalga oshirmoqda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toshkentda kuzatilayotgan havo sifatining yomonlashishi bir vaqtning o\u2018zida namoyon bo\u2018lib, bir-birini kuchaytirgan bir nechta tabiiy-iqlimiy va antropogen omillar yig\u2018indisi bilan bog\u2018liq. Tabiiy-iqlimiy omillar orasida kuchli inversiya hodisasi havo sifatining buzilishiga eng katta ta\u2019sir ko\u2018rsatmoqda. Ekologiya va iqlim o\u2018zgarishi milliy qo\u2018mitasi Iqlim o\u2018zgarishi milliy markazi direktori Farruh Sattarov ana shu hodisa haqida ma\u2019lumot berdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toshkent qayerda joylashgan va u odatda qanday \u201cnafas oladi\u201d?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toshkent shahri joylashuvi tog\u2018-vodiy shamol sirkulyatsiyasini shakllantiradi, u tarixi davomida shaharni tabiiy shamollatib turib, iqlimiy barqarorlikni ta\u2019minlab kelgan. Kunduzi issiqroq havo vodiydan tog\u2018 tomon ko\u2018tariladi. Kechasi esa sovuqroq va og\u2018ir havo tog\u2018lardan pastga \u2014 shahar tomon \u201coqib tushadi\u201d. Mana shu tabiiy \u201cnafas olish\u201d sikli yillar davomida Toshkentni shamollatib, ifloslantiruvchi moddalarning ma\u2019lum qismini tashqariga chiqarishga yordam beradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quruq iqlim va tabiiy changlanish esa Toshkent va umuman O\u2018zbekiston uchun tabiiy-iqlimiy xususiyat hisoblanadi. Asosiy tabiiy chang manbalari \u2014 Qizilqum va Qoraqum, Orolqum cho\u2018llari, degradatsiyaga uchragan yerlar va transchegaraviy ifloslanish bo\u2018lib, bu hududlar orqali mayda zarrachalar bizning mintaqamizga va bevosita shaharga ko\u2018chib keladi. Ya\u2019ni tabiiy changli fon ma\u2019lum darajada me\u2019yoriy holat hisoblanadi. Biroq bugungi kunda ushbu tabiiy fonga antropogen tashlamalar hamda harorat inversiyasi kabi meteorologik sharoitlar qo\u2018shilmoqda. Aynan shu omillar yig\u2018indisi havo ifloslanishining keskin kuchayishiga olib kelmoqda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Harorat inversiyasining ta\u2019siri qanday?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odatdagi kunlarda havo harorati balandlik bilan pasayadi:&nbsp;<br>\u2014 pastda \u2014 issiqroq,&nbsp;<br>\u2014 yuqorida \u2014 sovuqroq.<br>Yer yuzasiga yaqin issiq havo yengilroq bo\u2018lgani uchun yuqoriga ko\u2018tariladi, uning o\u2018rniga esa yuqoridan va yondan sovuqroq havo pastga tushadi. Shu orqali havo vertikal ravishda tabiiy aralashadi va ifloslantiruvchi moddalar atmosferaning nisbatan qalin qatlamida tarqaladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harorat inversiyasi sharoitida esa buning aksi yuz beradi: harorat balandlik bilan pasayish o\u2018rniga, aksincha, balandlik ortgan sari oshib boradi. Natijada nisbatan iliq havo qatlamlari pastdagi sovuqroq yer usti qatlamining ustida joylashadi. Buning oqibatida tashlamalar yuqoriga ko\u2018tarila olmaydi, ifloslantiruvchi moddalar yer yuzasiga yaqin qatlamda \u201cqulflanib\u201d qoladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hozir kuzatilayotgan barqaror atmosfera holati kichik barik bosim gradiyenti va nisbatan ko\u2018tarilgan bosim bilan ifodalanadi. Bunday sharoitda havo gorizontal yo\u2018nalishda kam harakat qiladi, shamollar zaif bo\u2018ladi va aynan shunday vaziyatda harorat inversiyasi oson shakllanadi hamda uzoqroq davom etadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toshkent uchun inversiya, odatda, taxminan 270\u2013340 metr balandlikda hosil bo\u2018ladi \u2014 bu shahar ustidan o\u2018tuvchi atmosferaning chegaraviy qatlamiga to\u2018g\u2018ri keladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nega PM2,5 konsentratsiyasi kechqurun va uzoq inversiya davrida yuqori bo\u2018ladi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kechqurun va tun davomida yer yuzasi tez soviydi, yer usti qatlamidagi havo ham sovib og\u2018irlashadi, undan yuqorida esa nisbatan iliq havo qatlamlari saqlanadi. Aynan mana shu paytda kuchli inversiya kuzatiladi. Shu sababli kechqurun va erta tong soatlarida PM2,5 va boshqa ifloslantiruvchi moddalarning konsentratsiyasi ko\u2018pincha maksimal darajaga yetadi.<br><br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kunduzi quyosh yer yuzasini isitadi, atmosferaning yer usti qatlamidagi havo qizib, yuqoriga ko\u2018tarila boshlaydi. Konvektiv jarayonlar va turbulentlik kuchayadi, ifloslantiruvchi moddalarning katta qismi atmosferaning yuqoriroq qatlamlariga tarqaladi, shu sababli yerga yaqin qatlamdagi konsentratsiyalar qisman pasayadi.<br><br><strong>Nega yozda vaziyat nisbatan yengilroq, qishda esa og\u2018irroq bo\u2018ladi?<\/strong><br><br>Yoz faslida yuqori harorat va yer qatlamining kuchli isishi natijasida, odatda, inversiya yo yuz bermaydi, yoki juda qisqa muddatli va zaif bo\u2018ladi \u2014 ko\u2018proq tong oldi soatlarida kuzatiladi. Bu holatda havoning tabiiy aralashuv jarayoni sodir bo\u2018ladigan qatlam qalinlashadi, issiq havo yengillashib, tezroq yuqoriga ko\u2018tariladi. Natijada ifloslangan zarrachalar katta hajmdagi havo ichida tarqaladi, mahalliy shamollar esa hudud ventilyatsiyasini kuchaytiradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Bugungi kunga kelib Toshkent shahri havosi birmuncha yaxshilandi.
